Year Round Weekend Camping

Camp Lewis is a 188 acre property nestled in New Jersey's Farny State Park. Operated by the Northern New Jersey Council Boy Scouts of America, camp sites are available all year long. In the summer it boasts the best Cub Scout Family and Provisional resident program around and for the rest of the year Camp Lewis has  numerous sites for Troops, Packs, and Crews to choose from  including cabins, tent sites, and lean-tos. In addition to camping, there are many activity options for your unit to choose from. Camp Lewis has a COPE Course (Challenging Outdoor Personal Experience), GaGa Pit, 100yard field, Archery Range, and BB Range. Units also like to use Camp Lewis as a lodging ground for nearby attractions such as Hiking, Mountain Creek Skiing and Snowtubing, or  Franklin Mines Museum.
